Successfully blending innovative leadership and preaching, Dave has helped many take the next step towards Christ. Dave is very passionate about leveraging the culture to reach people. As a gifted communicator, Dave has an ability to connect God's truth with just about any audience. Dave and his wife Tonja have four children- Cody, Kinsey, Taylor, McCoy.
Doug Wampler is the Connections/Student Pastor at Crossroads. He has a passion unequalled for reaching students. He believes in reaching students from all walks of life in a relevant and creative way. Doug knows that one message can change a students' life forever. Tom Boulton is the Childrens Pastor at Crossroads. He is known for being authentic and creative. Tom has connected in ministry with kids for almost thirty years. He is very talented and loves to create environments that kids love! Tom's mission is that kids experience a safe, creative, and loving atmosphere where they learn and follow Jesus. He is surrounded by a team of caring, qualified individuals who share the same passion for reaching kids. Tom and his wife Tami have three children: Tiffany, Tristan, and Tyler.
