Successfully blending innovative leadership and preaching, Dave has helped many take the next step towards Christ. Dave is very passionate about leveraging the culture to reach people. As a gifted communicator, Dave has an ability to connect God's truth with just about any audience. Dave and his wife Tonja have four children- Cody, Kinsey, Taylor, McCoy.

Doug Wampler is the Connections/Student Pastor at Crossroads. He has a passion unequalled for reaching students. He believes in reaching students from all walks of life in a relevant and creative way. Doug knows that one message can change a students' life forever. He excels in creating environments that students will want to attend and keep returning to. Doug and his wife Chrissy have two sons named Drew and Chase .
